For the Gala Dinner at the Blue Bay for the Festival Des Etoiles in Monte Carlo, held on 4/11/2021, star chefs Colagreco and Ravin chose Tenuta Saragano’s Sagrantino di Montefalco as the only Italian wine to accompany the princely menu.
